Requirements :
Arrangements to be made by the
customer:
| 01. CIVIL WORK: |
| 02. WATER CONNECTION: |
Process water connection: R.O/ De-Mineralised water for the
generation of steam should be connected to the Energy vessel
through 1 inch BSP pipe from over head (1000 Ltrs capacity -
PVC)tank.
 |
Hardness of water must
be less than 20 ppm |
 |
Total dissolved soilds must be less
than 20 ppm |
 |
Minimum Pressure required is 3 bar |
 |
Material of pipe -GI |
Process water drainage is through 1 inch BSP pipe.
Seal water inlet to vacuum
pumps: To create vacuum, the seal water inlet should be connected
to the vacuum pump through 3/4 inch BSP pipe from the storage
tank. One no.of 1 HP Monoblock pumps is required for feeding
the water to vacuum pump as show in the drawing. The recommended
temperature of feed water to vacuum is 25C. If the water temperatures
exceeds. Chiller plant/cooling
plant is desired for effective usage and to increase the efficency
of the system.
Hardness of feed water should be less than 200 ppm
Water flow rate- 40 Litres/min
Minimum Pressure - 3 bar
Operating temperature of feed water - 25 C
Material of pipe - GI
Seal water outlet from Vacuum pump and Condensate from conditioning
chamber is through 3 inch BSP pipe (GI). The outlet water
can be re-circulated as shown in the drawing.
03. COMPRESSED AIR REQUIREMENT:
1/2 inch BSP inlet connection with the minimum air pressure
of 6 bar should be connected to the Pressure Regulator fixed
in the Control panel. Dry and oil free air is required.
04. STEAM CONNECTION:
The inlet of energy vessel should be connected with the dia
of 40mm stainless steel pipe and steam at 6 bar pressure (160
deg Celsius) from external source (Boiler) for producing the
cold saturated steam. The necessary outlet pipe with the dia
of 40 mm to be connected to let out the used steam. We have
provided the steam dirt trap valve, pressure gauge and pressure
release valve in the inlet pipe.
05. POWER CONNECTION DETAILS:
Power input: 415 Volts AC, 50 Hz
Installed power: 157 KW/ 238 Amps
Main Cable size: Main input by 95 sq.mm 3 1/2 core Copper
cable armored laid exclusively for Elgi Electric YCS. Suitable
separate earth connection with copper conductors to be ensured
for connected load.
One 400 A ACB with capacitor bank in the MV panel exclusively
for Elgi Electric YCS. One SSB near Elgi Electric YCS is recommended.
BREAKUP OF ELECTRICAL POWER:
Vacuum pump: 11 Kw
Heating elements: 144 Kw(36/72/108/144)
Hydraulic power pack: 1.1 Kw
Plat form drive: 0.75 Kw
